better together

The heart of the Network is often expressed by one of our District Superintendents: “We are better together!”

The EFCA Network is all about synergy. It is about bringing pastors and leaders together to encourage and support one another in pursuit of our common mission.

We are the EFCA

Our team includes all EFCA Leaders – from a solo pastor in North Dakota to a missionary in Kenya; from a student pastor in California to a church planter in Texas; from a full time District Superintendent to a part-time administrative assistant in Minneapolis; from a worship pastor for a church of 6,000 to a chaplain in the military.

We thank God for the structures in place to serve our movement and the godly men and women who lead them. The Network is not intended to replace or compete with District and National systems that serve our pastors and leaders. Rather, it is designed to support those systems and leaders by encouraging peer-to-peer connectivity. The desire of the Network Board is to assist District and National leaders and help them be more effective in accomplishing their goals related to the health and effectiveness of EFCA leaders under their care.

Every time you come alongside a fellow leader in the EFCA to encourage him to press on in the fight; every time you help a minister of the gospel to improve her effectiveness; every time you empower a young leader to follow the call into vocational ministry, you are accomplishing the vision of the EFCA Network.

The Network exists to encourage leader to leader relationships because we are, after all, better together.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV)
